To streamline the delivery process and help minimize potential customs fees, we prioritize shipping orders to the European Union, United Kingdom, and Canada via Standard Shipping methods whenever possible.

Important Policy Regarding Refused Packages:

Please be aware of the following conditions if a package is rejected:

• If a shipment is returned to our facility because of unpaid customs fees, import charges, or refusal to provide necessary documentation, a refund will be issued.

• Deductions: The refund amount will be the total order value minus the original shipping cost and a 40% handling/restocking fee.
