This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our main Terms of Service and our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please carefully review this policy when purchasing our products, as it applies to any order you place with us.
1. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We calculate your delivery date based on the following formula:
Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: The period it takes for us to lovingly prepare your order for its journey.

Transit Time: The time the carrier needs to deliver your order to your doorstep after it has left our fulfillment center.

(*) Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $120.00. Orders over $120 receive free shipping and are shipped via Standard Shipping.
2. Order Process & 12-Hour Cancellation Window

Your order will be processed once payment is authorized and verified.

Order in Queue: After payment, your order enters a waiting queue for 12 hours. During this time, you can change order details (size, color, quantity) or cancel the order for a full refund.

Once 12 hours have passed, we are unable to support cancellation or modification requests.
3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order home.

Please allow 3 – 5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your order is still in transit 9 business days after the shipping date (for US orders), please contact our support team.
4. P.O. Box and Military APO/FPO Shipping

We ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses within the US.

These typically take 40-45 days to be delivered.

Due to security reasons, shipping information cannot be updated after the package enters a military area.
5. International Shipping & Customs

Shipping Restrictions: We currently accept orders worldwide, except for the Middle East, Russia, and Ukraine.

Customs Rules: Since all items are manufactured and shipped from the US, the price shown is final, and you will not be subject to additional tax for US deliveries. For international queries, please contact us.
6. Important Delivery Notes

We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender due to invalid information provided.

If you redirect your parcel with the carrier after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
