At Soveprint, your satisfaction is our priority! We want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy applies to all our shipping zones, including the United States (Zone 1), Canada & Australia (Zone 2), and International (Zone 3).
1. 30-Day Return & Refund Window
We offer a 30-day policy for returns and refund requests.
- For Refunds: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
- For Returns: To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- International Support: For orders shipped outside the US, we support claims for defective or unwanted orders within 60 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
We provide assistance, refunds, or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Items:
- Product doesn’t match the website description (wrong item, material, or size).
- Product is torn, dirty, wet, or has fabric defects.
- Visible print defects (blurred or out of place).
- Damage or peeling prints after the first wash.
- Wrong Size Received:
- Applies specifically if the product measurements differ by more than 1.5 inches from our standard size guide.
- Lost Items:
- If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us within the 30-day window.
3. Return & Refund Process
To start a request, please email us at support@soveprint.com.
What we need from you:
- Order information (Order number, full name, or screenshot).
- Photos of the packaging label.
- Clear photos/videos of the item, including the size tag/neck label.
- For size issues: Clear photos using a measuring tape showing the actual width/length.
- Note: If you have multiple items, please provide photos of all products laid side-by-side on a flat surface.
Verification Time: We usually confirm your request within 72 hours of receipt.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective Products: Customers do not need to pay the return shipping cost for wrong, damaged, or defective items.
- Non-Defective Products: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items or “Change of Mind” returns.
- Restocking Fee: There is No restocking fee on returns.
5. Order Cancellation & Modifications
- 12-Hour Window: You have 12 hours after purchase to cancel or modify your order for a full refund.
- After 12 Hours: Once this window passes, we cannot support cancellation or modification as the item enters production. These may be treated as “Change of Mind” returns.
6. Receiving Your Refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed:
- Approval: We will notify you after inspecting the proof/item.
- Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 days to your original payment method.
- Bank Processing: It may take an additional 3-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
