• Credit/Debit Cards: We accept most major international cards, including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. Even if your specific card provider is not listed, we likely still accept it as long as it is an international credit or debit card.

• PayPal: Experience fast, secure, and encrypted payments via your PayPal account.

Currency Note: All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your local currency differs, your bank or card issuer will automatically convert the amount based on their current exchange rate at the time of purchase.

2. Payment Issues & Troubleshooting

What should I do if my payment fails? To resolve payment issues and ensure your order is successfully placed, please verify the following:

• Card Information: Double-check the card number, expiration date, and available balance.

• Security Code: Ensure you have entered the correct 3-digit CVV/CVC code found on the back of your card.

• Bank Restrictions: Your card issuer may decline a transaction for security reasons or international purchase blocks. Please contact your bank directly, as Soveprint does not have access to specific decline reasons.

• PayPal Verification: Ensure your PayPal account is linked to a valid funding source and has no active transaction limits.

3. Fees & Security

International Transaction Fees: Depending on your geographic location and bank policy, you may be charged a 2-3% international transaction fee. Please note that this fee is collected by your bank, not by Soveprint, and is beyond our control.

Is my data secure? Absolutely. Soveprint is certified as Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is the highest global security standard for organizations handling cardholder data. We utilize industry-leading encryption technology to ensure you can shop with total peace of mind.

4. Coupons & Promotions

• Usage: Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Coupons cannot be “stacked” (used together).

• Combining with Sales: Depending on specific promotion rules, a coupon may be used alongside other automated discounts (such as our Free Shipping on orders over $120) if explicitly stated.

• Coupon Troubleshooting: If a code is not working, please ensure you are logged into your account and that the items in your cart meet the minimum requirements for that specific promotion.
