Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Soveprint, we move quickly to get your order into production. Please review our policy regarding cancellations or changes to your order below.

1. 12-Hour Cancellation & Change Window

You have a 12-hour window after placing your purchase to request a cancellation or make changes to your order details, including:

  • Item size or color.

  • Item quantity.

  • Shipping address.

After this 12-hour timeframe, your order automatically enters our production and packaging phase. Once this process begins, we are strictly unable to modify or cancel the order.

2. How to Request a Change

To cancel or change your order within the 12-hour window, please contact us immediately via:

3. Non-Eligible Cases for Cancellation

We cannot accept cancellation or modification requests in the following scenarios:

  • After 12 Hours: The order has already been sent to production or is being packaged.

  • In Transit: The order has already been picked up by the carrier.

  • Missing Items: If you forgot to add an item to your order, please place a new order for the additional quantity.

  • Address Correction (Late): Any address change requests received after the 12-hour window will not be processed. The order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, and Soveprint will not be held responsible for non-delivery in such cases.

4. Refunds for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
