1. Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

What is your ordering process? Our process is simple and consists of 4 quick steps:

  1. Select your favorite items and add them to your cart.

  2. Enter your billing and shipping information.

  3. Select your shipping method.

  4. Checkout and receive your confirmation email.


2. Changes & Cancellations

How do I change or cancel my order? You can change order details (size, color, address) or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Please email us immediately at support@soveprint.com.

Important: Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order enters production, and we can no longer process cancellations or modifications.


3. Shipping & Tracking

When will I receive my tracking number? A tracking number typically takes 3–5 business days to be generated. You will receive an automated email with tracking details the moment your product is shipped. If you don’t receive it after 5 business days, please contact us.

Why hasn’t my tracking status been updated? Tracking information may not update immediately as the carrier scans the package at different hubs. If your tracking status has not been updated for over 10 days, please contact us at support@soveprint.com for assistance.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my order. First, please check your mailbox, security cameras, and ask neighbors. Occasionally, carriers scan packages as delivered 1-2 days before they actually arrive. If you still cannot find it, contact your local post office and then reach out to us within 30 days of the delivery date.


4. Returns & Refunds

What if my order is defective, the wrong size, or incorrect? Your satisfaction is our priority. Please email us at support@soveprint.com with photos of the item and the packaging label. We will review your claim and send a replacement or provide a refund if the item is eligible under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How long does a refund take? Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 days. However, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.

What should I do if my refund is missing? If you haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still haven’t seen your refund, please contact our support team.
