Intellectual Property Claim

Soveprint respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of infringement that are reported to our Designated Agent.

A. Procedure for Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content residing on or accessible through the Soveprint website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a formal notice of infringement to our Designated Agent with the following information:

1. Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed (including registration numbers if applicable).

2. Identification of Infringing Content: A description of where the material is located on our website (please provide specific URLs) so that we may verify and locate the item.

3. Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Perjury Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

6. Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

B. Action Upon Notification

Once a proper, bona fide infringement notification is received, it is our policy to:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

• Notify the content provider that the material has been removed.

• Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

C. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location.

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).

4. A statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Vietnam if outside the US).

5. Your electronic or physical signature.

If a counter-notice is received, Soveprint may send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the rights owner files a court action, the removed content may be restored in 10 to 14 business days.

Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including attorney’s fees.
