Soveprint respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow our procedure below to submit a claim.

A. PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

It is our policy to (1) block access to or remove content (including text, graphics, and photos) that we believe in good faith to infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties; and (2) discontinue service to repeat infringers.

If you believe that Content on our Site constitutes copyright infringement, please send a notice containing the following information to our Designated Agent:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the work and registration numbers if applicable.

2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material is located on the Site (including specific URLs).

3. Your Contact Information: Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

4. Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright holder.

5. Statement of Accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

6. Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the authorized person.

B. ACTION UPON NOTIFICATION

Upon receipt of a proper infringement notification, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content and notify the content provider.

C. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCEDURE

If you believe the removed Content is not infringing or you have authorization to use it, you may send a counter-notice including:

1. Identification of the removed material: And its location before removal.

2. Statement of Good Faith: Under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

3. Your Contact Information: Full name, address, phone, and email.

4. Jurisdiction Statement: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

5. Your Signature.

If a counter-notice is received, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complaining party files a court action.

Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, misrepresenting that content is infringing may result in liability for damages, including attorney’s fees.
