When you shop at Soveprint, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

A. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Payment Requirement: You must pay 100% of the total order value (including item price and shipping costs) at the time of purchase.

  • Tax Information: For US domestic orders, sales tax may be applied at checkout based on your state’s regulations. For international orders, please refer to our Shipping Policy regarding import duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Security: We do not store your payment information. All transactions are processed via secure, PCI-compliant gateways: PayPal & Stripe. We use 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your data during the entire checkout process.


B. Purchase Contract

  • Order Acknowledgment: After placing an order, you will receive an automated email. This is an acknowledgment of receipt, not a final acceptance of your order.

  • Contract Formation: A formal contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate email and shipping address. Soveprint is not liable for failed deliveries or missing notifications due to incorrect contact details provided by the customer.


C. Product Availability & Errors

  • Pricing Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in descriptions and pricing. However, if we discover a pricing error, we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

  • Cancellations & Modifications: Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, before entering our production phase. Please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy for more details.


D. Prohibitions & Liability

  • Misuse: You must not misuse this website, transmit viruses, or attempt to hack our services. Any breach will be reported to law enforcement.

  • Disclaimer: Soveprint is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, including delays caused by postal services or force majeure.


E. Complaints & Disputes

We value your satisfaction. If you have any concerns or complaints, please reach out to our support team for a resolution before taking further action. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day.
